1. Why would I sign up for Autoship?
Signing up for the
Subscribe and Save Program will allow you to receive your favorite products
without the hassle of having to remember to make an order. You will also
receive a 10% discount on all orders (even non-Autoship orders) for as long as you are in the Subscribe and Save Program.
2. How do I create an Autoship Order?
Simply indicate in the message section of the online order form that you want your order to be placed on Autoship. Unless you direct us otherwise, your next Autoship order will be processed in 30 days with the same credit card that you used for your original order.
3. Can I use a coupon or discount code in addition to the Autoship discount?
Autoship discounts cannot be used with other codes or coupons. Autoship orders are discounted 10% and are not combined with other offers.
4. Are Combo Packs or Protocols eligible for the Autoship discount?
Because they are already discounted, Combo Packs and Protocols are not eligible for the Autoship discount.
5. How do I cancel?
You can cancel your Autoship Order directly through our
site through the contact us page or you can call our toll free number for support at (800)556-5530.
